- Commissioned Sales of all Garage / Storage / Store at 50/50 split of Net Proceeds
- Service includes: Time, Labor, Research, Shipping time and Payment Processing, Promotions, and simple haul away (ie: will it fit in a van in one or two trips).
- Service does not include: Out of pocket expenses including: Truck Rental Expense, Trash Removal, Dump Fees, Removal of Old Mattresses and CRT TV's/Monitors, Auction Fees, etc - All out of pockets will be discussed and agreed upon prior to haul away.
