Saturday fee is $25.00 per vehicle per space. Sunday fee is $17.00. Vehicles with trailers will require two spaces and your second space is only $10.00.Swap meet spaces are approximately 22 feet frontage and 19 feet deep.
Vendors/Sellers vehicles must be in their space to avoid an additional $10.00 fee.
See Zena for assignment of space. Management reserves all spaces until 7AM Saturday morning. Sellers may reserve a space and set up tables on Fridays before 6 PM for $2.00 extra. ALL spaces must be clean and cleared by 6PM Sunday or an extra charge of $22.00 will be incurred.
We do not provide dumpster service for your household trash, produce, furniture, appliances or unsold merchandise. Take it with you when you leave. Sellers/Vendors are not allowed to use dumpsters! Electricity is ONLY for testing of electronic/electric equipment and not for sustained use by vendors or sellers. Roving sellers and solicitors are not allowed. Protect your territory by reporting such activities to management immediately.
NO DOGS ALLOWED.
The sale of alcohol, drugs, drug paraphernalia, pornography, guns, food (except produce), drinks or anything illegal or not approved by management is strictly prohibited.
All regular sellers are required by law to maintain a valid California Re-Sale Permit for this location. Contact your nearest Board of Equalization office. There is no fee for this permit.
Please do not attach anything to trees or lean objects on them. Do not remove or use any rocks that are in place around the trees or used in landscaping.
Payment of fee and occupation of a space constitutes seller's agreement to abide by the guidelines prescribed by management and holds Sky Village harmless from any event arising from any action or speech of seller, seller's family and/or associates.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EJECT ANY PERSON FROM THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON.
